Which three terms show a close relation to moods emotions and OB:
Affect : Generic term that covers a broad range of feelings people experience, including both emotions and moods.
Emotion: Brief, intense feelings directed at someone or something, usually accompanied by distinct expressions. Action oriented.
Mood: Longer less intense feelings and often a lack of contextual stimulus
Name some sources of emotions and moods:

Give an example of expression of emotions at work that is not real but is expected at certain jobs
