Job involvement: feeling psychologically identified with the job.
Organizational commitment
Perceived organizational support(POS): the idea that the organization values the employer and cares about his well-being.
Employee engagement: the individual’s involvement with, satisfaction with and enthusiasm for the work one does.

A

Framework for understanding the consequences of dissatisfaction

  • Exit: Behavior toward leaving the company
  • Voice: Actively attempting to improve conditions
  • Loyalty: Passively waiting for improvements
  • Neglect: Allowance of things to worsen
