observe for improvement and report persistent infections
avoid occlusive dressings or ointment on moist dark areas of the body
teaching
stop drug, report symptoms of dermatitis
treat oral candidiasis after meals at bedtime
no food or drink while dissolving the troche
remove dentures before rinsing w/ oral suspension, dissolving the troche in the mouth and at night
dust feet, shoes and stockings with nystatin dusting powder
