What happens if you don’t eat enough food?
Your body doesn’t get enough energy from food, and starts using up its lipid stores. This can cause the person to lose weight and feel weak and tired. On an extreme, starvation.
What happens if you eat to much food?
You can get high blood pressure and heart disease.
What happens if you eat too much saturated fat?
Increases your blood cholesterol level, which increases the risk of heart disease.
What happens if you eat too much vitamins?
Digestive issues, such as nausea and vomiting.
What happens if you eat too much minerals?
Diarrhea and weakening of teeth and bones.
What happens if you eat too much carbohydrates?
Weight gain, poor metabolic health and an increased risk of heart disease.
What happens if you eat too much lipids?
Fat deposits in your artery walls, increasing your risk for heart disease.
What happens if you drink too much water?
Cells swell.

Elevated blood lipids and heart disease
