-Lists the level of cognitive function

V:Confused Inappropriate(simple commands; issues with complex commands)
VI:Confused Appropriate(appropriate, goal oriented responses, carry over for relearned, but not new tasks)
VII:Automatic appropriate: social interactions, but judgement is still impaired
