The nose is composed of the nasal bones and cartilage that has two openings called nostrils

The nasal meatuses house the nasal openings of the various paranasal sinuses located within your head and skull.

The main arteries supplying the nose are the facial, sphenopalatine, greater palatine, and ophthalmic arteries.

The main nerves of the nose are the olfactory (CN I), ophthalmic (CN V1), and maxillary (CN V2) cranial nerves, all of which are branches of the trigeminal nerve (CN V).
