No, only the vehicle positioning them is considered a runway/LSA infringement
What are the AIR ATCO actions upon 08L/26R activation?
- Select runway and approach lighting when request by ACL
- Select new runway in use on Runway Selector Panel
- Select ATM map display
- Switch AFDAS to correct runway
- Switch RIMCAS to correct runway
- Select Correct Runway Check Strip

Can 08L/26R be in operation with an AFDAS failure?
Yes

If the ASMGCS is rebooted during Northern Runway operations, what will it default to?
RIMCAS default to monitoring the Main Runway. Therefore, RIMCAS must be reselected to monitor the Northern Runway after a reboot

Subject to the following conditions:
• IRVR visibility is 1500m or more
• Aircraft and Vehicle positions can be continuously monitored either visually or by ASMGCS
• Controllable Stop Bars are available at night
