Autoimmune- lupus
Drugs- sulfa, phenytoin, carbamazepine

Frequent infection Fatigue Pallor Easy bleeding Purpura Petechiae Hepatosplenomegaly

PANCYTOPENIA Retic - dec Smear - nl, no abnormal cells BMA - hypocellular - gold standard MCV - nl at first
Severe: Neutrophil <500 Plt <20k BM cell < 20% Retic <1%
