2) 50mg PO Diphenhydramine @ 1hr
* **If pt allergic to Prednisone –> 200mg IV Hydrocortisone

A

1) Best
- 40mg Methylprednisolone q4hr
- 50mg Diphenhydramine 1hr
2) If Pt has Allergy to Methylpred
- 7.5mg IV Dexamethasone q4hr
- 50mg Diphenhydramine 1hr
3) Worst
- 40mg Methyprednisolone + 50mg Diphenhydramine @ 1hr
