Dopamine antagonists (APS!), more likely in high potency drugs like fluphenazine and haloperidol in FGAs

Normal (N in NMS, N in normal!)
Does NMS have normal/decreased bowel sounds or hyperactive bowel sounds?
Normal/decreased (N in NMS for normal!)
NMS mental status
Variable ranging from alert to stupor or coma

Increased/hyperactive

Increased tone in lower extremities
What do NMS and SS have in common?
HTN, increased HR, hyperthermia, hypersalivation, diaphoresis
