NI detectors and Permissive Flashcards
P-10
Coincidents
Going up 2/4 PR NIs above 10%, going down 3/4 below 10%
P-10 Does what?
- When moving up in power, allows manual defeat of IR rod stop and reactor Trip, allows manual defeat of PR reactor trip (low set point 24%) and auto de-energizes SR NI’s
- When moving down, automatically unblocks IR reactor trips, PR reactor trip (24%) and defeates the auto block of SR NI’s
P-8
Coincident
2/4 PR above 40%
3/4 PR below 40%
P-8 Does what?
Enables/Disables Low Flow Reactor trip in a single loop, and turbine trip
P-7
Coincident
2/4 PR above 10% (from p-10) OR 1/2 First stage Turbine pressure above 10% ~68psig
3/4 PR below 10% (from p-10) AND 2/2 First stage turbine pressure below 10% ~68psig
P-7 does what?
Enables/Disables @ power reactor trips
1. RCS Low Flow
2. RCP Breakers open
3. UV on RCP breakers
4. PZR low pressure
5. PZR high lvl
P-6
Coincident
1/2 IR above 10^-10amps
2/2 IR below 10^-10amps
P-6 does what?
Allows denergizing the SR and block of SR reactor trip
Automatically reenergizes the SR and reinstates the SR reactor trip
