CSF cytology - bacterial meningitis, alpha haemolytic strep, neutrophilic pleocytosis
Lymphoblasts in CSF - lymphoma, neoplastic changes
CSF analysis - markedly xanthochromic (yellow appearance, bilirubin) = old haemorrhage, hours after bleeding into subarachnoid space
CSF analysis - mildly xanthochromic
