facial droop, weakness/numbness in extremities, decreased movement on one side of body, ataxia, loss of vision in one eye, difficulty swallowing, decreased level of responsiveness, speech disorders, aphasia, dysarthria, sudden and severe headache, confusion, dizziness, weakness, combativeness, restlessness, tongue deviation, coma
