- Pulsating pain w/ Nausea, Photophobia, or Phonophobia
- May have “aura”
What is the pathophysiology of Migraine?
Irritation of Trigeminal n., meninges, or blood vessels
*Release of substance P, CGRP, vasoactive peptites
What is the treatment for Cluster headache?
Inhaled Oxygen
Sumatriptan
How can you differentiate Cluster headache from Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN)?
Duration:
- TN < 1 minute
- Cluster > 15 minutes
What are the two types of Vertigo?
Peripheral & Central

What is the issue in peripheral vertigo?
Inner ear etiology
