Low grade (1-2)
A
Well-differentiated, resembles almost normal cells, but will have features of malignancy

High grade (3-4)
A
Poorly or moderately differentiated: won’t be resembling origin or tumor, but will be a high grade tumor. Invasive, metastatic, and aggressive.

Staging:
A
Based on clinical, radiological, and surgical criteria: tumor size, involvement of regiolin LNs, and presence of metastases
E.g. Gleason’s grading: only based on microscopic features of prostatic adenocarcinoma
