- Develop and disseminate and enforce a Sexual Harassment Policy Statement which discusses your expectations for sexual harassment prevention/response.
- Ensure a visual inspection is done annually to ensure work spaces are free from materials that create an offensive environment
- Assess this program annually
- EO posters displayed with command’s POCs for CMEO/SAPR issues
- Train individuals on their right to submir informal, formal, or anonymous sexual harassment reports/methods of submission
- Promote resolution of reports of sexual harassment
- Track and monitor reporting of a sexual harassment report
- Ensure FITREPs reflect any violations of this instruction
- Retain all reports and investigations for a period of 2 years
- Provide annual EOSH GMT to the entire crew
