Mid systolic ejection murmur than canvradiate to the carotids
Can present with breathless chest pain or syncope

Early diastolic
Displaced apex and collapsing pulse

Mid diastolic
Tapping apex exacerbated on the left
Most commonly caused by rheumatic fever
Complications of this are pulmonary hypertension a fib and theomboembolism
