Suspected or confirmed lifted threatening arrhythmias

A
- is it systolic or diastolic
- what type of murmur? Is it pan systolic or ejection systolic?
- where is the murmur loudest
- does it radiate anywhere
- what grade is the murmur (ie how loud is it)
- is it influenced by respiration? (Right sided are louder or inspiration
