CARB - I Calcemia Anemia - normocytic Renal - Ig precipitaiton in tubules - bence jones protein in urine Bone pain - osetolytic lesions, fractures and vert. collapse - loss of height due to vert fractures Infection - most common cause of death

- Serum and urine electrophoresis
- monoclonal spike of single Ig - plain films
- lytic lesions - bone marrow biopsy
- abnormal cells - Serums
- hyperCa
- increased proteint
- RBCs in rouleux formation (stacked)

- Chemo
- rads for pain
- transplant - autologous preferred
