Define ‘Motivation’
Motivation is the drive within us to achieve our desired aim
What are the two types of motivation?
Intrinsic and Extrinsic
How can motivation have a positive impact on performance (1)?
Help maintain high performance even when struggling in later parts of the game

Help keep pushing even when experience set backs

Do not put in required effort at training
