What is the difference between monitoring and evaluating?
Monitoring - assessment of progress during the training program
Evaluating - assessment of success of training program after the program has finished
What is the main method of monitoring used for all four factors?

Describe a training diary(4 marks)
Completed right after training session
Filled in by performer
Space to record thoughts about sessions, both positives and development notes for next time
Space to write what techniques and approaches you used in the session
Actively involves performer filling in diary
