What does CRE stand for?

Define ‘CRE’
CRE is the ability of the hearts and lungs to provide oxygenated blood to the working muscles for a prolonged period of time

- Get breathless
- Tired and unable to keep running to keep up with game, may have to walk
- Longer response time as not as concentrated
- Decreased concentration levels and so a drop in skill level
<strong>Have to decrease work rate</strong>
- Effort level may have to drop because physically unable to keep working at such a high level
- Take longer to respond to periods of high intensity
- Unable to fully support team mates and unable to fulfill role within team

- Repeatedly run 20m lengths
- Have to reach other side before the beep sounds
- Beep spaces get gradually slower
- Prerecorded tape
- Run till exhaustion or failure to meet 2 consecutive runs
- Average(16 y/o): level 6 stage 7
