AETIOLOGY
Most common
A
- Caused by irritation of nerve relating to biomechanics of foot
- Such as high hells or narrow shoes may exacerbate

Where does it normally occur
A
Between 3rd and 4th metatarsal

CLINICAL FEATURES
Presentation
A
- Pain at front of foot at location of lesion
- Sensation of lump in shoe
- Burning, numbness or pasaesthesia felt in distal toes
