General principles
A
- Conservatively with collar and cuff
- Physiotherapy
- Displaced comminuted fractures may need open reduction and internal fixation or shoulder hemiarthroplasty

Presentation

- Pain
- Swelling and bruising
- Inability to move shoulder
- Deformity
