Mental health model on sport?

A

Positive mental health enhances the likelihood of success in sport, whereas psychopathology is associated with a greater incidence of failure.
Athletes with elevated scores in neuroticism, trait anxiety, depression, confusion, and fatigue will not perform as well as low scoring athletes.
