- It can be easier to address the learner’s needs more fully because there is more flexibility in the timing and structure of the class.
- The student has more possibilities to engage in real interaction and to learn directly.
- The teacher has fewer problems to worry about that are associated with group lessons like large group mixed abilities, group dynamics, early finishers, late arrivals, etc.
