Sitting- trunk and head may be supported against high-back chair. head posture neutral
Trunk Extension (Lumbar Spine) Grade 4-5
Prone- with fingertips lightly touching the side of the head and shoulders in external rotation
Trunk Extension (Thoracic Spine) Grade 4-5
Prone- head and upper trunk extending off table from abut nipple line; hands lightly touch side of head with shoulders and elbows retracted
