(O) I made 2 separate callbacks without reviewing the prior application for any changes and overlooked an ineligible collateral type of a specific program. (A) I called dealer and explained error in addition to discussing the matter with my supervisor. (R) I was able to alleviate discounting issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
