(S) Implemented a plan to focus on zero dealers (O) getting them to cash at least one deal by month end. (A) Created a spreadsheet of inactive dealers with timeline / deadline. Working closely with Sales Rep and calling on ALL deals (R) able to get 100% participation out of 32 active dealers to book at least 1 deal.
