(S) Dealer called in from a different territory and call rolled over to me because his buyer was out of the office. (O) I made a call on dealer application and dealer felt should have gotten a better call. (A) I sold dealer on merits of deal but after dealer changed structure of the deal and I reviewed the overall booking and mix of business and support level I made a concession for the dealer, (R) Dealer gained respect for me and company observing we share same goals of selling our products.
