(S) Recently my company had to make a decision to sever ties with a long time client of 5+ years. (O) Due to ending of HAMP governmental program, decreased loan volumes and minimal profit margins my company had to end the contract. (A) I continued to provide 110%, completing all tasks, maintaining all Service Level Agreement to Statement of Work guidelines, (R) in amicable departure and possible future business.
