(S) Upon getting new clients our team was required to take training and familiarize ourselves with the systems in order to complete tasks. (O) Upon training completion, we would have only minimal standards to complete tasks. (A) I would take extra training materials, online courses, audio / video learning clips, notes and upon completion I would share with the team, sending everyone a summary, quick links, spreadsheets, word docs, (R) We had a better understanding of client expectations, which would create better quality work and save turnaround time on files.
