(S) Our team was tasked to complete same amount of files, deliver on Service Level Agreement to Statement of Work and maintain quality assurance and production goals. (O) Increased workloads due to less workers, other team members pulled to other projects, including deadlines. (A) I completed easier files 1st and utilized older files on sharepoint for more complex files already worked in the system. (R) I was still able to meet quality goals, production adhering to client expectations with a 1 - 2% error rating vs. company goal of 5%.
