(S) During SSE retail department goal was to increase approval percentages to assist dealer and manufacturer in selling more autos. (O) Sale ran for short time period which increased workloads due to increased volumes of applications. (A) To balance the work, I minimized callbacks and gave dealer several options in the comments. (R) SSE was a success, Retail Dept. increased percentage approvals from 30 to 45% and captured more business, selling more units.
