(S) Due to my primary focus on other areas of competency accountability (O) I received a Below Expectations on Leveraging Resources on my Mid Year Reviews. (A) I had a meeting with my manager to get a clearer picture and better understanding of what I could have done better and how going forward I should handle this situation. (R) I learned to evenly distribute my focus on all accountabilities and take constructive criticism in a positive manner.
