Impetigo on legs, trunk, scalp and face, in school aged children. Red macules or papules with development of fragile vesicles which rupture and becomes covered with a thick crust
Nonbullous impetigo
Impetigo in infants and newborns, superficial vesicles that rapidly enlarge to form larger flaccid bullae which ruptures into thin brown crust
Bullous impetigo
Diffuse nodular swelling of oral and perioral, non caseating granulomatous linear ulcers in buccal vestibule, cobblestone mucosa, aphthous like ulcers
