What is a microorganism
Microorganisms are tiny living things,so small you need a microscope to see them.
What is food poisoning caused by ?
Food poisoning is caused by a type of microorganism called BACTERIA
How else can food poisoning be caused?
It can also be caused by mould
What is mould?
Mould is something that grows on the surface of food and has a furry appearance. Mouldy food should be thrown away!
What are foods that develop mould if stored incorrectly or are stored to long.
Jam,fruit,cheese,bread,cake
Are al microorganisms harmful ?
No not all microorganisms are harmful. Some are actually very useful.
