A

Meet the mind with openness and care. You observe your thoughts no matter if the are good (relaxing, etc) or bad. Mind produce thoughts, that’s what minds do. The suffering comes when we try to change these thoughts or when we try to change our experience of them. We always create categories of them, and we give them meaning.
