Mindfulness
The acceptance of moment-to-moment experiences without internal or external filters. When you are mindful you pay attention to your environment and senses
What happens when you are mindful
You open up to the opportunity to be non-judgmental and witness your present experience so that when you pay attention you have a choice to do something
Self-compasion
The ability to acknowledge that we are imperfect and experience suffering, therefore we are worthy of compassion
Self-esteem
Related to how a person perceives self worth and social approval
Mindful eating
Eating without distraction and listening to hunger cues as to maintain overall health and well-being in your eating
Mindful seeing
Looking outward and allowing yourself to notice and be present with what is around you to improve attention, self regulation, and well-being
Mindful breathing
Focussing your attention on your breath to serve as an anchor so you can turn your attention to this anytime you feel stressed or experience negative emotions
Mindful listening
Being present and conversations and listening without judgment, criticism, or interruption.

Focus on how you feel when you are anxious, be present with the moment, and then use different techniques like deep breathing, and grounding to bring yourself back to the present. Stay focused.
