Teriparatide (recombinant PTH, used in pulsatile manner for refractive osteoporosis)

Denosumab

HRT - Not used now due to increased CVD and cancer mortality

Raloxifene - selective estrogen receptor modulator (only works on vertebrae, increases clotting risk)
