Gave 266 clinical practitioners identical case study notes of real patients with real disorders, one of which had an antisocial personality disorder and the other had histrionic personality disorder. They had to say on a 7 point scale how confident they were in diagnosing the histrionic and the antisocial personality disorders on the male and female patients for each disorder as histrionic is typically female and antisocial is typically male.
For the antisocial disorder, 40% confidence on the male and 20% confidence on the female
For the histrionic disorder, 30% confidence on the make and 80% confidence on the female.

Concludes that disorders are gender biased
