qualities that describe how a person thinks, feels, and behaves; plays a major role in decisions, actions, and behaviors
Character -
an outward expression of inner values; is a vital part of a healthy identity
Good Character -
a firm observance of core ethical values
Integrity -
helps you see things objectively when emotions or your perspective could cloud your thinking
Constructive Criticism -
signals that tell you mind and body how to react
Emotions -
chemicals produced by your glands that regulate the activities of your body cells; dictate your emotions
Hormones -
process that protects individuals from strong or stressful emotions in situations
Defense mechanism -
intentional use of unruly behavior
Hostility -
