point at which two bones meet (ball/socket joint ex: hip) (hinge joints ex: knee)

needs nutrients for growth and strength; poor nutrition can lead them to break
Bones -
inflammation of your joints
Arthritis -
band of fibrous elastic connective tissue that attach one bone to another, they attach to these bones and create joints
Ligament -
strong flexible connective tissue
Cartilage -
when your bone slips out of place, tearing the ligaments that attach the bone to the joint
