- TV has alot of violence in them, worse with reality shows
- Can increase the likelihood for;
Aggressive thoughts, emotions and behaviours - Preschoolers and school-aged children are more sensitive, easier for them to get used to violence and normalize it
- Early exposure linked with negative outcomes in adolescence

- Platform to express themselves, finding people, receive support etc
- Increase contact with friends
- Negative influences as well, cyberbullying, harassment, negative social comparison etc
- Girls use social media more than boys, boys focus on other aspects of PC

- Reduce the shows with aggression
- Put limits on what apps to use on phone and time usage
