Food sources: Dairy, fortified non-dairy milks, leafy greens, fish with bones, fortified orange juice.
Phosphorus
Primary functions: phone health, cell structure (as phospholipids). DNA and RNA production, acid base balance maintenance.
Food sources: Animal proteins, beans legumes, whole grains, cocoa , cola
Magnesium
Primary functions: call enzyme for many metabolic reactions, muscle relaxer station, ATP synthesis, protein synthesis, immune function, nerve signaling.
Food sources: Green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds, avocado, seafood, dark chocolate.

Sodium
Primary functions: fluid and electrolyte balance, nerve singling, muscle contraction.
Food sources: Table salt, seafood, naturally occurring in some vegetables, process canned or packaged foods. 
Potassium
Primary functions: fluid and electrolyte balance, nerve signaling, muscle contraction.
Food sources: Dark leafy greens, most fruits and vegetables (higher amounts and bananas apricots avocados potatoes melon and prunes), small amounts and meat dairy and greens. 
Chloride
Primary functions: fluid and electrolyte balance call mom hydrochloric acid production (stomach)
Food sources: Table salt, processed foods.
Sulfur
Primary function: component in Structural proteins(hair, skin, and nails). 
Food sources: in most protein foods (eggs, meats, fish, poultry, milk, nuts, legumes.)
