    All right-handed and healthy
    Mean range of experience 1.5 to 42 years.
    50 non-taxi drivers, all mail and right-handed and healthy

All participants had MRI scans which were compared to each other
All participants had a Voxel based morphometry which measures the grey matter volume
I did a 2-D pixel counting test

Also a correlation to see whether grey matter volume increased over time

There was no difference in the overall volume of the hippocampi between taxi drivers and controls
Taxi drivers had greater posterior hippocampus volume than controls

Voxel based morphometry
Taxi drivers brain had increased to grey matter in the right and left posterior hippocampi compared to the control group
