To show something clearly through signs and actions - clear or obvious to the eye/mind

Lack of good health/nutrition
Some people drink lots of alcohol, thus malnourishing their liver

A skilful/clever action (noun) To move something skilfully into position (verb)

Marine (adj)
To do with the sea Tom studies marine biology, he knows a lot about sea creatures
Meddle (verb)
Someone who interferes with something
All you do is meddle with other people’s problems and escalate them
Melodious (adj)
Pleasant sounding (melody)
This OST is so melodious and relaxing
Mediocre (adj)
Not very great but average
It’s not amazing but not terrible either, just mediocre
Measly (adj)
Very small/poor
You have one measly hourly wage
Metamorphosis (noun)
The change of form of a thing into something else
Tadpoles eventually lose their tail and become frogs through metamorphosis
Methane (noun)
A colourless/odorless gas often used for fuel
Some animals produce methane through their digestive system
Meticulous (adj)
Excessively careful/precise with great attention to detail
Too meticulous, just cut it short as we don’t have time
Mansplain (verb)
Explaining something to a woman that indicates they are foolish and ignorant
Don’t mansplain like that, I’m capable of understanding
