Mediastinal lymph nodes
Who drains to the Axillary lymph nodes
upper limb, breast, skin above umbilicus
Who drains to the Celiac lymph nodes
Liver, Stomach, Spleen, pancreas, upper duodenum
who drains to the superior mesenteric lymph nodes?
lower duodenum, jejunum, ileum, colon to the splenic flexure
Who drains to the inferior mesenteric lymph nodes?
colon from splenic flexure to upper rectum
Internal iliac lymph nodes?
lower rectum to anal canal ( above pectinate line), bladder, vagina (middle third), prostate
Para-aortic lymph nodes
Kidneys, ureters, testes, ovaries
Superficial inguinal lymph nodes
distal vagina, vulva, scrotum, anal canal (below pectinate line), skin below umbilicus (except the popliteal territory)
Popliteal lymph nodes
dorsolateral food, posterior calf
Function of Right lymphatic duct?
drains right side of body above diaphragm
Function of thoracic duct
drains everything else (what Right lymphatic duct does not cover) into junction of left subclavian and internal jugular veins
