What are the clinical effects of local lung tumour spread?

A

Airway obstruction

Compression of SVC

Hoarse voice (recurrent laryngeal compression)

Horner syndrome (sympathetic ganglion)

Dysphagia (oesophageal compression)

Pleural effusion

Pericarditis / tamponade

Diaphragmatic paralysis (phrenic nerve)
