They are heavier, stocky looking for weight bearing, look like a moose

Where is the body
The bean shaped part in the middle
Where is the spinous process
This is the long point on the top
Where are the transverse processes
Points to each side of the vertebrae
Where is the vertebral foramen
The big hole in the middle
Where are the pedicles
Bridge of bone up from the body to the bottom of the transverse process
Where is the laminae
Triangular part under the spinous process
Where is the superior and inferior articular processes / facets
When the lumbar is on it’s side the superior is the uturn gap on the top and the inferior is the bigger uturn gap on the bottom
